Hospital Donations
Since 2023, when we launched our Project Patient Essentials, we have been supporting hospitals across Lancashire with thoughtful donations for patients in need. From specially prepared hampers filled with practical essentials and comforting touches, to Christmas donations for local maternity units, our support has continued to grow. So far, we have supported maternity units at Preston and Burnley hospitals, helping to bring a little extra care and comfort to new mums and babies.
Supporting The Homeless
We support people experiencing homelessness across our local communities by donating bags filled with essential everyday items. From practical necessities to small comforts, our aim is to offer dignity, care and a helping hand to those facing difficult circumstances, working alongside local organisations to make sure donations reach the people who need them most.
Fish & Chip Fridays
Our Fish & Chip Fridays are all about bringing a little comfort to local families at the end of the week. Working from a list provided by Social Services, we focus on schools in some of our most deprived local areas, providing families in need with a bag of fish and chips to cook and enjoy together at home. We’re gradually working our way through the schools on the list, helping more families enjoy a warm Friday night meal together.

Referral Support
Our referral programme connects us with people who need support most, from those experiencing homelessness or escaping domestic violence to anyone facing difficult circumstances. We provide tailored care packages with everyday essentials, helping to offer dignity, comfort and a helping hand when it’s needed most.
Christmas Day Bags
At Christmas, we put together Christmas Dinner Bags filled with everything needed to enjoy a festive meal, complete with all the trimmings. We also provide presents for children, helping to make Christmas morning that little bit more special. Our aim is to ensure local families facing difficult circumstances can enjoy a warm meal, gifts and some of the joy that Christmas Day should bring.
Football Sponsorship
We’re proud to sponsor Ribbleton’s U7 Football Team, supporting young people in our local community to get active, build confidence and enjoy being part of a team. Our support goes beyond the pitch too, celebrating their achievements and helping to make special moments for the players throughout the season.
Going The Extra Mile
Sometimes support means going beyond the essentials. Whether it’s helping a young man in need fully furnish and settle into his new home, or taking a young man with autism shopping so he could choose the things he needed for his new space, we tailor our support to the individual. It’s about giving people choice, dignity and a helping hand towards a fresh start.
Media Partnerships
Our work often takes us beyond our day-to-day services. From supporting Preston City Council with the Christmas Lights Switch-On to working with the BBC on Café Hope, we’re proud to be invited to take part in projects that bring people together, raise awareness and make a positive contribution across our local communities.
