Submit a Referral

Jade's Bag Charity will endeavour to help those in current crisis.

 

We aim to reply to all requests within 48 hours to inform you on whether your request is successful or not. If you do not receive an answer in the specified time, then please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Due to high demand, please allow up to 7 days for us to respond to your referral.

Once we receive your referral, we will send you a text message confirming receipt and letting you know that one of our volunteers will call to arrange delivery.

Please ensure you reply to the text message and answer the volunteer’s call. We are unable to arrange or attempt delivery without confirmation from you.

Please note: If you have received a parcel from Jade’s Bags within the last 12 months, we will unfortunately be unable to fulfil your request and your referral will be declined.​

Please include the recipient’s current circumstances, e.g. fled domestic violence, lack of finances to cover living costs, etc.
